When we first come into this profession, it is sometimes hard to know where to turn for the best MLM training.
It can be hard to know whether to turn to your upline or sponsor, leaders in your company, books, marketing materials, online or other places to go for MLM training.

I am about to share several things that will help you be massively successful in your business.
First you must commit to succeeding. George Zalucki defines commitment as “doing the thing you said you would do, long after the mood in which you said it in has left you.” I don’t care how long it takes you, you must commit to succeeding not for six months, 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, or more, but for as long as it takes. Kinda like when you were a baby learning to walk…you did not give up after you fell 50 times, you went on to fall and get back up again.
Second you must persist. You must make success in your business your absolute reason for being. You must continue to make the phone calls, share your opportunity, face ridicule from your family and peers….even when you don’t want to (and more importantly when you don’t want to). You must be willing to accept all the emotions you feel as part of the process of success. You must be willing to include doubt, fear, rejection, embarrassment, exhaustion, jealousy, and many more. Once you accept these emotions as part of the process, you have surrendered to your purpose. Make sure your “Why” is very strong, it will help you push through the obstacles you face instead of stopping. There is no failure in network marketing, only quitting and success.
Fourth, is Prepare, Practice, and Present. Preparing is learning your company, product and service. But more importantly it is Personal Development again. I have spent thousands of hours on bettering myself as a person. You must study emotion, love, success, money, language, happiness, releasing stress, communication, culture, spirit, gratitude, law of attraction, affirmations, confidence, visualization, leadership and anything that will make you grow, develop, and improve as a person. Practice what you learn about your company and the new you everyday. Live as who you truly are everyday. Do the best at everything you do, the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. By practicing you make something habit, where it no longer takes conscious decision to do something. Present what you have learned about your business and self to others. Tell your story about where you were, where you are, and where you are going. Your story is going to sell a lot more of your product or service than you, trust me. Do the 3 P’s every day, no matter what.
Fifth, help others get what they want. This may sound strange to you, but the more you place the success and abundance of others before your own, the more you will have. Zig Ziglar said it best, “by helping others get they want, you can have anything you want.” This is a principle of the Universe and is agreed upon by all the great business philosophers of our time. There have been studies done on mega millionaires who tried to give away their fortunes…they couldn’t because they received more abundance for giving! If you want more success, help someone be successful! If you want love, give love! You will get paid in direct proportion to the value you provide the marketplace. I will get paid well for this post alone, you know why, I am going to help A LOT of others be more successful! I am committed to raising the vibration of this planet!

12 Success Questions
If you want to succeed in this business, you are going to have to talk to people. This is a relationship business and no matter how good you are at internet marketing you are going to have to pick up the phone and talk to people in person.
Here are 12 questions to use in order when talking to someone you don’t know to get them in front of your company’s presentation:
- Where are you from?
- What do you do?
- What does that entail?
- How long have you done it?
- What did you do before?
- How are you being affected by the economy?
- How do you like what you are doing?
- Have you ever considered doing something else?
- Are you familiar with the network marketing industry?
- What experience did you have?
- Why do you think your weren’t successful?
- Would you be open to looking at another company if it didn’t have the obstacles?
A Tip For Online Prospecting
I want to tell you to never, and I mean never send your opportunity to people you know or don’t know by email, facebook, google plus, twitter, linked in or any other social media site. Only send info on your opportunity to someone after you ask and they give you permission. You will see many amateur marketers blast their opportunity everywhere, and they do not get results. It is imperative you establish a genuine connection with someone before you pitch your product or service.

If you are going to have success in this industry in the 21st Century you must learn to effectively market your business online and become internet marketing savvy.

I recommend spending at least as much time prospecting in person and on the phone as you do on the internet. Although I can teach you how to do really well prospecting online by creating videos, by using Facebook and Twitter, and by blogging …you will have to connect with people in a real way. Ask Questions and Listen
One of the most important, but most overlooked things about connecting and prospecting is the ability to ask questions and listen.
Most people get so excited about their new business (this was me), that they do way too much talking and actually talk others out of joining or looking at information.
Get this straight…nothing about your business is about you. When you realize that, your path to success will get much shorter. If you want to sell what someone buys, see the world through their eyes. It is all about what your prospective buyer or team member wants. Ask enough questions to find their problem, and provide a solution with your product or service.
Extremely successful network marketers are simply exceptional problem solvers. A good guideline for this is…spend 80% of your time asking questions, and 20% of your time answering and asking more questions. Start to answer questions in 12 – 15 word answers. Don’t talk so much. Don’t check out of conversations thinking about what to say next. Be genuinely interested in what people have to say.
Check out anything Jeffery Combs writes or records for help with asking questions and effectively prospecting (tell him I sent you). You must listen to what the person means, not what they are saying…they can be two completely different things.
